Welcome to LeadCourt — the fastest-growing lead intelligence platform with over 150 million decision-makers worldwide. Our mission is to give you unmatched access to business professionals through a simple, scalable credit system.

How the Credit System Works

  • 1 Credit = Verified Email
  • 2 Credits = Direct Phone Number
  • Credits are available through:
    • Monthly/Annual Subscriptions
    • Pay-As-You-Go Add-Ons

Unused credits expire after 12 months of inactivity on your account. We do not validate email or phone deliverability (i.e., whether a contact will respond), but we ensure the data exists and is pulled from credible sources.

Refund & Replacement Policy

Eligible Cases

You may request a replacement or refund for credits used only in the following cases:

  • A technical issue on our side (e.g., data failed to load, duplicate credits deducted)
  • You were incorrectly charged for the same data more than once
  • You were charged but did not receive the corresponding data

All refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the transaction or issue, along with supporting details.

Not Eligible for Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Credits used on leads that result in bounced emails or unreachable numbers
  • Purchased credits that remain unused after subscription cancellation
  • Performance-related outcomes (e.g., no replies, unsuccessful campaigns)
  • Subscription cycles that have already started
  • Pay-as-you-go credits (non-refundable)

Once contact data is accessed, it is considered delivered and credits are used.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription anytime via your dashboard:

  • Cancellation stops future billing
  • The current billing cycle is non-refundable
  • Unused credits will remain valid for 12 months from your last activity

Pay-As-You-Go Terms

  • Pay-as-you-go credits are non-refundable
  • They can be combined with subscription credits
  • Valid for 12 months from purchase
  • Cannot be exchanged or transferred

Refund Processing Timeline

If your refund request is approved:

  • We process refunds within 5 business days
  • After processing, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method (depending on your bank or payment provider)
  • Refunds are always issued to the original payment method only

How to Request a Refund

Please email us at help@leadcourt.com with:

  • Your account email address
  • Credit or contact ID(s) in question
  • A description of the issue with any relevant screenshots or documentation

We aim to review and resolve valid cases within 7 business days of submission.

Anti-Fraud & Abuse

To prevent misuse:

  • Refunds will be denied if an account is flagged for suspicious or abusive data usage
  • We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of excessive redemption activity
